Unlike Bullhorn’s standard change request method, this app creates a linked copy placement, ensuring a clean, structured process that integrates seamlessly with third-party tools like Timesheet Portal. Designed for accuracy and efficiency, it eliminates administrative friction while keeping all related data properly connected.
Quick Action Menu Option in Bullhorn
Easily manage contract extensions and changes without the hassle of manual workarounds. From the action menu in Bullhorn, users can select the option to create a copy placement, whether extending an existing contract or modifying key details like rates or billing terms. This ensures a structured, repeatable process that keeps placement records clean and organized.
Embedded App with Bespoke Amendments
Once the action is selected, the embedded application provides a guided interface where users can enter only the necessary changes—such as new start and end dates, updated pay and bill rates, or changes to billing entities. Designed with flexibility in mind, the app ensures that every adjustment is captured accurately while preventing unintended data modifications.
Automated Copy Placement with Validation
Upon submission, a new copy placement is automatically created, linked back to the originating placement for full traceability. Users are instantly redirected to a success page, where they can click a button to open the new placement, review all details, and make any further adjustments if needed. This process eliminates the inefficiencies of Bullhorn’s standard change request method, making it especially effective when integrating with third-party tools like Timesheet Portal.
