Cookie Policy

How we use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our websites and applications.

October 7, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Exenai Limited (“Exenai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit or interact with our websites, platforms, or digital services.

This policy should be read alongside our Privacy & Data Policy, which explains how we process personal data, and our Acceptable Use Policy, which outlines expectations for platform usage.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve user experience, and provide reporting information.

We also use similar technologies, such as tracking pixels and browser storage, in some contexts.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Ensure our website functions properly (essential cookies);
  • Understand how visitors use our site (analytics);
  • Enable forms, submissions, and customer journeys (functional);
  • Support marketing and communications (targeting/advertising).

Some of these cookies may collect personal data. Where this occurs, we rely on your consent or our legitimate interest to operate the website, as outlined in our Privacy & Data Policy.

3. Cookies We Use

Our website is hosted on Webflow and uses:

  • Essential cookies and browser storage to run the site, keep it secure and remember your cookie choice;
  • HubSpot cookies to record page visits and form submissions, and to run the chat you can use to contact us or raise a support ticket;
  • Bullhorn Automation cookies to record page visits and to display forms, linked to our own Bullhorn account;
  • Google Analytics to analyse website traffic and user behaviour (IP address, pages visited, device/browser type).

You can find more detailed information about each of these providers' cookies via their respective cookie documentation.

4. Managing Cookies

When you first visit our site, a banner asks you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. If you decline, we switch off HubSpot visitor tracking and do not load Google Analytics. The HubSpot chat remains available. Your choice is stored in your browser, and clearing your browser data for our site resets it.

You can also:

  • Adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are set;
  • Delete cookies already stored on your device;
  • Opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Please note: disabling cookies may affect the performance and functionality of the site.

5. Data Transfers and Privacy

Some cookies used on our site (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Bullhorn) may involve processing of personal data outside the UK or EEA. Where this occurs, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).

For more information on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy & Data Policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
